Logistics Process Specialist (SAP EWM)

What you will do

• Analyze and improve warehouse and logistics processes to increase operational efficiency and service levels.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and stabilization of SAP EWM and other logistics systems.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve process and system issues.
• Lead user acceptance testing, system validation, and end-user training activities.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and warehouse transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or other warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Experience with process mapping, UAT, system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
