IT Business Analyst (Bilingual English/Korean)

Location: Buena Park, California, USA; onsite contract role

Salary: USD 65,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal IT and development teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and coordinate business and system requirements.
• Track project progress, completed tasks, pending items, delays, and change requests.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting summaries, and executive updates.
• Support user acceptance testing through documentation, issue tracking, and validation.
• Manage system maintenance requests and enhancement tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT project role.
• Hands-on experience supporting IT development or system maintenance projects.
• Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Korean communication skills required.
