Business Analyst II (QNXT)

Location: Remote within the United States; Eastern Time business hours required, with an 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 a.m. ET start preferred. Optional onsite meetings are available for candidates local to Massachusetts.

Salary: $75,275.20–$109,553.60 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support software applications.
• Configure QNXT settings, rules, data, workflows, benefit designs, and operational processes.
• Analyze business processes and system requirements to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Create test plans, validate system changes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve application problems.
• Maintain system data, tables, reports, user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Train and support end users while collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects, priorities, and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems required, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Two to three years of experience developing, supporting, or operating software applications.
• Strong QNXT configuration experience and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other office productivity tools.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours and a stable, secure, quiet, compliant remote workstation using employer-issued equipment are required.

Nice to have

• Three years of Medicare, benefits, and reimbursement experience.
• Epic experience and the ability to obtain required program certifications.
