Location: San Bruno Home Office, 850 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, California, United States

Annual salary: $104,000–$202,000 for San Bruno and Sunnyvale locations. A separate range of $80,000–$155,000 applies to Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives by defining plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project portfolios, dependencies, risks, resources, schedules, and commitments.
• Synthesize cross-functional information into executive-ready updates and establish operating cadences.
• Partner with stakeholders to remove barriers, mitigate risks, and maintain accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational effectiveness and scalability.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates through clear expectations and ongoing feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives through successful completion.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk mitigation, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and performance measurement skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and organizational values.

Nice to have

• Experience managing small or medium-scale change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
