What you will do

• Manage routine data requests independently and build functional proofs-of-concept.
• Translate raw data into operational reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Partner with end users to understand workflows and convert business requests into technical requirements.
• Extract and explore data using intermediate SQL skills.
• Apply data analysis and reporting practices to solve common operational questions with decreasing supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, healthcare administration, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Four years of recent relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, application reporting or dashboard tools, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
• Intermediate SQL skills for independent data extraction and exploration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
• One of the following certifications within one year, as determined by the hiring manager: Epic Cogito, Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
