Director, Business Intelligence

Location: United States

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary company bonus.

What you will do

• Generate revenue and business insights through ad hoc database, financial, marketing, and quantitative analysis.
• Write advanced SQL against a 180 TB data warehouse, including CTEs, window functions, time-series analysis, and multi-table analysis.
• Support data product development through machine learning and predictive analysis using SAP modeling software.
• Optimize hirify.global.com user interaction and financial performance through database and analytical support.
• Support Sales with RFP responses, campaign optimization, and renewal efforts using quantitative analysis.
• Present actionable recommendations and provide guidance and leadership to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, marketing, or a quantitative field, or eight years of equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of experience in financial or marketing analysis.
• Strong database analysis experience and advanced SQL or comparable programming skills.
• Experience working with databases, web analytics, spreadsheets, and presentation technologies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with intellectual curiosity, accountability, and a results-driven approach.
