Associate Business Intelligence Analyst - Quality (Power BI)

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; this position is onsite.

Pay range: $33.00–$50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards, reports, paginated reports, metrics, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Analyze, validate, clean, and reconcile data sources, datasets, semantic models, cubes, and reporting connections.
• Support the modernization, administration, and continuous improvement of Power BI workspaces and reporting environments.
• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and update reporting solutions.
• Create technical documentation for reporting solutions and data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Social Sciences, or related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and relational data concepts.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Pullman, Washington.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Power BI or similar business intelligence reports, dashboards, or visualizations.
• Statistical experience in a manufacturing, electronics design, or business environment.
• Experience validating data models, reporting solutions, or business intelligence systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
