Senior HR Generalist (Web3)

Location: Remote; this role cannot be performed in California or Colorado

What you will do

• Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR escalations.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for assigned departments.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting, performance issues, and employee development plans.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee records, databases, metrics, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and recommend process improvements.
• Lead or participate in HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs and policy changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• SHRM, CHRP, or HRCI certification.
