Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning (Project Hire)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States

Salary: $114,400–$157,100 per year, plus potential bonus, long-term incentive units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the domestic streaming revenue forecast process by analyzing large datasets, updating models, adjusting assumptions, and identifying variance drivers.
• Maintain the internal revenue KPI database and perform ad hoc analyses of operating performance, major deals, retail products, and streaming trends.
• Develop executive presentation materials, including decks, notes, write-ups, and supporting analyses.
• Communicate revenue projections, drivers, risks, opportunities, and key findings to support operational decisions.
• Partner with finance teams to improve the efficiency of revenue forecasting and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline from a top-tier school.
• At least 2 years of finance or strategy experience at a technology or media and entertainment company, management consultancy, investment bank, private equity firm, or Big Four firm.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint, with the ability to simplify complex matters for executive audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple projects, and keep management informed.
