Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasting, financial planning, weekly risks and opportunities consolidation, and quarter-end reporting.
• Perform PVMC, revenue, margin, profitability, variance, bridge, ROI, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for Finance leadership and Business Unit partners.
• Prepare management reporting and participate in business reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
• Document financial methodologies, evaluate systems and processes, and identify opportunities for automation and scalable analytical tools.
• Manage deliverables while communicating progress, risks, results, and potential financial impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, forecasting, financial reporting, or a related finance function.
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, profitability, P&L, GAAP, and financial reporting concepts.
• Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and large or complex datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver accurate work on schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, technology, semiconductor, storage, or a related industry.
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, Oracle EPBCS, Power Pivot, DAX, Power Query, SQL, or similar tools.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
