Senior Financial Analyst

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office; an in-person interview may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, key metric analysis, and executive-level presentations for OCF planning.
• Consolidate and analyze OCF and headcount submissions across operational finance teams.
• Track, reconcile, and report headcount while ensuring financial data accuracy and completeness.
• Build relationships with operational finance stakeholders to understand business drivers and support decisions.
• Improve FP&A processes and systems, including reporting hierarchies and system solutions.
• Partner with IT support to design, test, and implement reporting functionality improvements and complete ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of finance experience; FP&A experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of Essbase, SAP, and BPC is preferred.
