Sr. Manager, FP&A

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule requiring work from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Forecast, report, and perform strategic financial analysis for the Peacock streaming business.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, analyze budget-to-actual variances, and support long-range planning and budgeting.
• Own the master planning file across planning cycles and improve processes through automation.
• Aggregate financial and operational insights for corporate finance, quarter closes, and pacing reports.
• Prepare financial statements, management presentations, and FP&A data submissions.
• Manage, coach, and develop one team member while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least five years of finance or accounting experience, including financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with executive presentations and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP/BPC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
