Factory Controller Vancouver

Location: Based at the hirify.global factory in Vancouver, Washington, United States. Work visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided.

Annual base salary: $103,800–$148,100, plus eligibility for a 10% performance incentive.

What you will do

• Report and analyze supply chain KPIs against actual and budget results.
• Prepare forecasts, budget inputs, and product-costing support.
• Build and monitor business cases for investments and other initiatives.
• Lead the local cost pillar and support World Class Manufacturing culture.
• Monitor compliance with corporate governance policies and internal controls.
• Coach and advise factory teams as a Finance Business Partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant business controlling, production costing, or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP R/3.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Factory, World Class Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, or Continuous Improvement experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
