Salary: $95,500–$177,300 annual base pay, with potential annual incentive and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with Food & Beverage business leaders on strategy development and execution.
• Support profitable growth initiatives, portfolio management, pricing analysis, capital investment plans, and new product development.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end product category financial analysis.
• Manage quarterly forecasts and annual planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze variances, communicate findings to management, and recommend improvements.
• Standardize finance processes and reporting while supporting business partners and the controlling team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
• 7+ years of progressive financial experience, including business partnering in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience supporting or understanding project accounting.
• Strong people leadership experience, including leading finance or accounting professionals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; up to 10% travel for team or business meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar financial management software.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
