RMA Operations Lead

Location: Liberty Lake, Washington, with a flexible hybrid work schedule

Salary: $21.50–$22.25 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Process customer credits for returned merchandise accurately and on time.
• Receive, inspect, document, and prioritize incoming return units.
• Monitor daily RMA workflow and redistribute workloads to maintain timely processing.
• Communicate with customers about payments, outstanding requests, and return follow-ups.
• Package completed units for return to inventory or shipment back to customers.
• Guide RMA processing staff while actively participating in returns operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in RMA, warehouse, logistics, or customer service operations.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP or order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
