Warehouse Lead

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; onsite warehouse and production-floor work

What you will do

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse staff and support daily shipping, receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, and delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, operational documentation, requisitions, cost calculations, and material transaction records.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or shortages and coordinate corrective action with shippers.
• Update material statuses and estimated arrival times in the MRP/ERP system.
• Track material shortages, maintain resolution reports, and manage material borrows between projects.
• Coordinate with project, production, and other internal teams to resolve material and capacity constraints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in planning, production, inventory, or expediting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and an MRP/ERP system.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas and wear required PPE on the production floor; ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
