Automotive Internal Sales Specialist

Location: Office-based team environment at company office locations in the United States.

Salary: $18.47 per hour plus performance-based commissions and bonuses. Target first-year income is $55,000–$130,000.

What you will do

• Present company automotive finance products and services to management at independent and franchise dealerships.
• Identify prospects, contact assigned accounts, and follow up on CRM-generated leads and referrals.
• Develop, maintain, and grow a portfolio of dealer partners.
• Train dealer partners on current programs and fast-funding requirements through phone, email, and video meetings.
• Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for profitable approval.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear presentation, interpersonal, communication, computer, and telephone-management skills.
• Automotive, finance, and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in an office-based environment.
