Relationship Specialist (Automotive Finance)

Location: Mesquite, Texas, United States; ideal residence in Rockwall County or Hunt County, with frequent travel of 50–75% within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective independent auto dealers.
• Provide floorplanning financing and support dealer purchasing power.
• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs and manage accounts.
• Grow the customer portfolio through new business development, promotional campaigns, and cross-platform partnerships.
• Service customer accounts, assess business and risk situations, and make autonomous decisions.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, dedicated transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned market.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a productive, adaptable, multi-faceted environment.
• Understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, use required mobile applications and software, and remain accountable for local business targets.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive industry or financial services experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
