Senior Technician II-Instrumentation and Controls

Location: Fab 4 facility in Gresham, Oregon, United States; onsite night shift

What you will do

• Operate and maintain facility control systems, buildings, and equipment within cleanroom quality and environmental permit requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs on instrumentation and control systems.
• Respond to site life-safety and control-system alarms.
• Support instrumentation configuration and programming while maintaining technical documents and reports.
• Collaborate with shift members, engineering, management, and other trades to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Participate in Fab 4 emergency response activities and support training and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industrial facility operations and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plant systems, cleanroom operations, electronic, pneumatic, and computer automation control systems.
• Experience with process control loop calibration and troubleshooting, including pH, resistivity, conductivity, flow, temperature, humidity, pressure, and level transmitters.
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, preventive maintenance software, and automated building control systems.
• Ability to pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for use of a tight-fitting SCBA full-face respirator.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GE Fanuc 90/30, Allen Bradley SLC500 and Series 5 PLCs, and GE Cimplicity HMI.
