What you will do

• Support customer relationships and renewal opportunities across SAP’s cloud portfolio.
• Engage with customers, SAP Partners, Account Executives, Cloud Renewals Executives, and other teams.
• Prepare commercial materials and analyze account data.
• Follow up on renewal opportunities and identify potential retention risks.
• Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives and participate in live commercial discussions.
• Contribute to customer retention, partner management, customer value, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least two years remaining until graduation.
• Portuguese and intermediate-to-advanced English communication skills.
• Interest in building a career in B2B technology and commercial management.
• Analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity, ownership, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
