Capital Markets Associate-Structuring/Originations (F)

What you will do

• Perform financial analyses, modeling, research, and industry and company analyses for capital markets transactions.
• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets solutions.
• Coordinate due diligence, document processing, reports, and transaction work-sets.
• Partner with senior team members on pitches, memorandums, transaction execution, and client relationship support.
• Develop knowledge of industries, clients, products, markets, regulations, and internal tools.
• Assess and manage risks in line with the enterprise risk management framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and financial services.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Licenses may be required depending on the business area, including SIE, Series 7, 52, 63, or 79 within specified time periods after employment.
