Director, Strategic Initiatives Process Owner (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States. U.S. work authorization is required without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $134,600–$249,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale strategic and business transformation initiatives across functions and domains.
• Assess business cases, including feasibility, opportunities, risks, return on investment, and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze workflows, policies, procedures, staffing models, skills, and process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable business practices that improve effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment.
• Coordinate with stakeholder subject-matter experts on knowledge transfer, training, communication, and implementation.
• Drive consensus, maintain end-to-end project integrity, and contribute to executive-level presentations and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, operational execution, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Operations experience.
• CSSBB / Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
