Lead, Supplemental Benefits Transformation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote New York, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,200–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority transformation initiatives across supplemental benefits, vendors, and enterprise functions.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into business requirements, implementation plans, milestones, ownership, and decisions.
• Design repeatable vendor implementation frameworks, operating playbooks, templates, and decision standards.
• Build vendor performance governance, including KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, quarterly business reviews, escalation standards, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Compliance, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Claims, Operations, Finance, benefit owners, and external vendors.
• Use root-cause analysis to resolve recurring operational issues, control gaps, and process problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4–5+ years leading product, operations, enterprise transformation, or program delivery initiatives in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, supplemental benefits, CMS requirements, or the annual product lifecycle.
• Experience designing and implementing processes, operating models, or business capabilities across multiple teams.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable results.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and accountability-building skills.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of management consulting, internal consulting, enterprise transformation, or comparable experience.
• Experience interpreting analytics, dashboards, and reporting; familiarity with Power BI is helpful.
• Experience developing vendor implementation approaches, KPI and SLA frameworks, scorecards, quarterly business reviews, or operational-readiness programs.
