Program Delivery Governance Lead – Stars Enablement (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own and enhance governance processes for the Stars organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain governance structures and decision-making forums that improve Stars and quality metrics.
• Lead governance meetings, facilitate decisions, and document and communicate outcomes.
• Coordinate with finance partners on Stars operating expense and administrative budgets.
• Analyze and report on program and governance results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Advise executives and senior leaders while driving cross-functional alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 or more years of experience in program delivery, governance, project management, audit, Stars, and/or quality.
• Experience working with budgets and financial resources.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience presenting to large groups and engaging senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in Stars, risk adjustment, and/or provider operations.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
