Lead, Supplemental Benefits Delivery & Vendor Performance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States, with all work conducted on Eastern time; hybrid options are available at hirify.global offices in Louisville, New York City, Chicago, Washington, DC, Nashville, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. Occasional travel of 5–10% to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the transition of a new Medicare Advantage connectivity benefit from launch into stable operations.
• Own integrated program planning, governance, decision logs, RAID tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Digital, Marketing, Sales, Service, Clinical, Compliance, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
• Manage the delivery partner relationship, vendor scorecards, SLAs, KPIs, corrective actions, escalations, and root-cause analysis.
• Track enrollment, activation, utilization, engagement, service delivery, member experience, quality, and cost metrics.
• Translate operational and vendor data into recommendations for product strategy, planning, vendor decisions, and benefit improvements.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in vendor or partner management, complex program delivery, product operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading initiatives through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
• Experience monitoring SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, corrective actions, and vendor performance.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, manage stakeholders, and drive commitments through closure.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States during Eastern time hours, with a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits, D-SNP, SSBCI, or dual-eligible populations.
• Familiarity with CMS requirements affecting benefit operations, communications, data use, reporting, or vendor delegation.
• Experience developing vendor scorecards, QBRs, governance routines, operating controls, audit processes, or remediation plans.
