Assistant Professor of Management/Leadership

Location: Killeen, Texas, United States. Faculty duties may involve face-to-face, online, or hybrid course delivery, with fully online courses currently in highest demand. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

What you will do

• Teach undergraduate leadership courses and selected master's-level courses in organization development, cross-sector partnerships, global leadership, leadership formation, or related areas.
• Typically teach three courses per long term in face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats.
• Develop engaging instruction and original online course materials for a diverse student population.
• Maintain scholarly and/or professional activities sufficient for AACSB scholarly academic classification.
• Collaborate on research projects and contribute to professional development, consulting, conferences, or industry-related activities.
• Support departmental, college, university, professional, or community service; first-year faculty are exempt from institutional committee work.

Requirements

• Doctorate in management, leadership, or a closely related discipline from a regionally accredited university.
• Eligibility for the AACSB scholarly academic faculty classification.
• Documented success teaching leadership courses, including fully online courses.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Texas A&M University-Central Texas will not pay the $100,000 H-1B petition fee, and current restrictions may prevent new H-1B sponsorship.
