Location: Burlington, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse role.
Pay: $23.25–$25.25 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, bonuses, and a peak-season bonus of up to $1,200.

What you will do
- Review daily route publishing, resolve address, cube, geocode, and capacity issues, and assign drivers and tablets.
- Coordinate loadout operations, troubleshoot driver questions, and manage rescheduled delivery stops.
- Reconcile inbound and outbound exceptions, including damage, short shipments, mis-shipments, and overweight cartons.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, review cycle counts, and process freight returned after missed or refused deliveries.
- Manage reverse-logistics schedules for returns, liquidation, donations, and disposal, while maintaining carrier relationships and delivery paperwork.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports, coordinate with routing and customer-service teams, and support warehouse loading, unloading, picking, and deluxing when needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role; logistics or transportation experience is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer focus, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new systems; experience with Descartes or inventory and order-processing software is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite for 8 or more hours per shift in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move merchandise weighing 75+ pounds without assistance.
- A high school diploma or GED, previous warehouse experience, and a BA/BS are preferred.
