Scheduler (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate schedules for customer inbound and outbound loads, pickups, and deliveries.
• Set up customer appointments in the MLS system and update BlueJay and C3 scheduling portals.
• Maintain accurate pickup, delivery, scheduling data, and operational records.
• Communicate shipping and receiving information with customers, carriers, warehouse staff, supervisors, planners, and local management.
• Run reports and assist site and operations managers with special requests.
• Support customer satisfaction, productivity, operational efficiency, and scheduling accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service-oriented approach.
• Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and work in a freezer environment occasionally as needed.
