Transportation Logistics Operator - Bilingual (Korean/English)

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal transportation teams about shipments and delivery schedules.
• Request, confirm, and update appointments through customer portals while tracking inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor shipment status, provide accurate ETAs, and follow up on late, delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries.
• Resolve appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other delivery issues, escalating urgent matters when needed.
• Maintain shipment reports, appointment schedules, tracking spreadsheets, and accurate customer information.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Korean required for one position; fluent English and Spanish required for another position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Experience scheduling delivery appointments and working with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
