Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; full-time onsite role with 0–25% travel. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $124,600–$148,200 annually, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support scalable applications for sales execution and customer-facing capabilities.
• Build modern web experiences with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop Salesforce experiences, business logic, and integrations using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs connecting Salesforce with custom applications and enterprise systems.
• Build reliable integrations and data flows across Salesforce, CRM, mobile, web, API, backend, and SQL Server systems.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, troubleshooting, modernization, and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong full-stack experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, a modern frontend framework such as React, REST APIs, and a server-side technology such as Java/Spring Boot or .NET/C#.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, including data modeling, SQL development, and performance considerations.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, and modern software engineering practices.
• Current United States work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce security concepts.
• Experience with sales, promotions, deals, pricing, customer, or field execution workflows.
• Experience with event-driven integrations, Azure or AWS, API gateways, observability, and production monitoring.
• Experience modernizing legacy integrations and decomposing tightly coupled applications into reusable APIs and services.
