Software Engineer I - CRM

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time, onsite role with 0–25% travel. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Relocation is provided.

Salary: $124,600–$148,200 per year, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and Product Design to understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points.
• Contribute to discovery through ideation, prototyping, technical evaluation, and solution shaping.
• Guide architecture, system design, technical tradeoffs, and risk management for the product area.
• Build and ship production-grade software meeting performance, reliability, security, and scalability standards.
• Own testing, observability, CI/CD, code quality, and continuous product improvement.
• Define success metrics with Product and Data teams and use experimentation, customer feedback, and data to prioritize improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and modern architectures.
• Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud environments, SQL, software development, and systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Current full-time United States work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience on cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience with product discovery, solution design, or technical leadership.
• Exposure to data-driven, automation, or AI-enabled systems.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, large-scale distributed systems, or customer-facing products.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and observability practices.
