Software Engineer II (CRM)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite role with 00%–25% travel. Relocation is provided.

Salary: $152,000–$178,300 annual base pay, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and evolve enterprise CRM software, connected tools, data integrations, and workflows used by sales teams across Retail, Food Service, and Finance.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Design, Data, users, and engineers to discover customer problems, prototype solutions, and shape feasible technical approaches.
• Define architecture and system design, make trade-offs across speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost, and manage technical risks.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of secure, reliable, performant, and scalable software with strong testing, observability, CI/CD, and code review practices.
• Use customer feedback, experimentation, data, and success metrics to improve products and business outcomes.
• Help establish engineering standards and collaborate with technical leads across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and a record of building and shipping production-grade applications.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and modern architectures.
• Experience building and integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including scalable data integrations and complex end-to-end workflow customizations.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
• Product mindset, technical judgment, ownership, leadership, and effective collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience on cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience with product discovery, solution design, customer-facing products, or technical leadership.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, observability, and modern engineering practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
