Sr Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite role. Travel required: 00%–25%. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: USD 124,600–148,200 annually, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support scalable applications for sales execution and customer-facing capabilities.
• Build modern web experiences with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, and integrations connecting Salesforce, CRM, mobile, web, database, and enterprise systems.
• Design reliable data flows, troubleshoot complex cross-layer issues, and improve performance while reducing technical debt.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and cross-functional technical delivery.

Requirements

• Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship.
• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong full-stack experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and Salesforce.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern frontend framework such as React, REST APIs, and a server-side technology such as Java/Spring Boot or .NET/C#.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, including data modeling, SQL development, and performance considerations.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, debugging, and cross-functional solution ownership.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce security concepts.
• Experience with event-driven integrations, Azure or AWS, API gateways, observability, and production monitoring.
• Experience modernizing legacy integrations and decomposing tightly coupled applications into reusable APIs and services.
