Software Engineer I - CRM (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Relocation is provided.

Salary: $124,600–$148,200 annual base pay, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Build and evolve user-centered enterprise software, CRM capabilities, APIs, data integrations, and workflows for sales teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Design, Data, users, and engineering stakeholders to discover customer problems and shape solutions.
• Guide technical approaches, architecture, system design, and pragmatic tradeoffs across speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
• Deliver production-grade software meeting performance, reliability, security, and scalability standards.
• Drive testing, observability, CI/CD, code reviews, continuous improvement, and outcome-oriented delivery.
• Contribute to engineering standards, shared solutions, and a culture of pragmatic, high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
• At least 2 years of software engineering experience and experience shipping production-grade applications.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and modern architectures.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
• Product mindset, technical judgment, ownership, communication, and effective collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating and customizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including data integrations and cross-platform workflows.
• Experience with product discovery, solution design, technical leadership, enterprise platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Exposure to data-driven, automation, or AI-enabled systems and modern engineering practices.
• Experience building customer-facing products and working on cross-functional product teams.
