What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions with Apex, including triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs.
• Build Lightning Web Components and declarative automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Design integrations with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Manage source-controlled deployments using Salesforce DX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide testing, documentation, and production support.

Requirements

• Onsite availability in Lansing, Michigan, United States.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience and 6+ years of overall experience required.
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL skills.
• Experience with governor limits, Salesforce data security, the sharing model, and organization-wide defaults.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DX.
• Required certifications: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and JavaScript Developer I.
