Expected annual base salary: $150,000–$215,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support debt financings for single-asset and portfolio transactions through modeling, lender diligence, proposal comparisons, and credit agreement review and negotiation.
• Collaborate with portfolio management and banking teams to develop financing structures and support private and public bond issuance.
• Prepare market updates and materials for debt investors, rating agencies, banks, fund boards, and internal committees.
• Manage bank relationship activities, including partner meetings, senior management briefing notes, engagement data, and new financing relationships.
• Analyze liability management and capital structures, manage asset-rating processes, and coordinate with risk, operations, custodians, and distribution partners.
• Design and implement AI-enabled tools to improve capital markets workflows, data analysis, and internal adoption of automation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit asset management, or consulting.
• Experience with debt capital markets, credit investing, and structured finance; infrastructure and asset-based finance experience is advantageous.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, data management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently while collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
• An undergraduate degree is required.
