Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Originate and lead equity capital market transactions for corporate, financial sponsor, and venture capital clients.
• Develop client meeting materials covering strategic priorities and potential M&A or capital market transactions.
• Coordinate with client management teams, investors, lawyers, and internal product groups throughout transaction execution.
• Review junior team members’ analytical work and provide mentorship and oversight.
• Conduct investor targeting, comparable company analysis, and institutional cross-ownership analysis.
• Manage critical equity financings across the full transaction lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in ECM, capital markets, or a related field.
• Understanding of transaction cycles and equity financing execution processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and act as a point of contact for professionals at all levels and external clients.
• Ability to make quick, complex decisions and demonstrate maturity in a demanding investment banking environment.
• Experience covering technology or TMT clients is preferred but not required.
