Manager, Business Operations - Textiles/EVS

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States; hybrid model based at the headquarters

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annually; bonus and/or incentive eligible

What you will do

• Lead operations analysts and operations specialists supporting inventory management, division analytics, demand planning, allocation management, and process improvement.
• Build and manage a motivated domestic and overseas workforce while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Advise business leaders and recommend solutions to operational challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and execute business operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement standardized processes and optimize operational expenses.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Direct people-management experience, including hiring, development, motivation, and direction.
• Experience identifying operational issues, analyzing and reporting data, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, competing priorities, and critical deadlines across multiple functional areas.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, SQL, and Tableau.
