Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Lost Hills, California, USA. Onsite manufacturing role with at least 5% of work hours on the plant floor; must be available for any shift, including nights, weekends, and rotating schedules.

Salary: $73,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Complete rotations across Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Inventory over a two-year analyst program.
• Launch data-driven solutions, improve department processes, and document business procedures.
• Track and analyze operational KPIs, spending, production, sales, yields, and inventory performance.
• Analyze supplier costs, market trends, purchase history, inventory levels, and material requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, strategic analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead or support process reengineering, change management, feasibility studies, and cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, or a related field preferred; an Associate’s degree may be considered with relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Experience analyzing business processes, mapping solutions, and executing implementation plans.
• Project management experience leading cross-departmental teams and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Oracle, or Google products, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions involving moving equipment, heat, noise, dust, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
