Analyst - Sales Operations (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote role based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; travel may be required for 0%–25% of the time.

Salary: $58,775–$94,040 annually.

What you will do

• Analyze historical sales, performance, sourcing, catalog, supplier, inventory, and project data to identify trends and support forecasting.
• Manage billing requirements, vendor expenses, purchase orders, sales jobs, invoices, and related financial documentation.
• Review warehouse reports, stored-material records, vendor invoices, and expenses to allocate costs accurately.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with sales, warehouse, finance, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, KPI tools, and interactive performance reports.
• Support ad hoc business analysis and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience required; 4 or more years preferred.
• Knowledge of B2B supply chain operations, including MRO, electrical, inventory, vendor-managed inventory, and pricing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to visualize data and communicate actionable insights.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, identify problems, and propose solutions.

Nice to have

• Understanding of current process and IT advancements used to automate and modernize tools and processes.
• Experience with sales operations, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or data analysis.
