Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Customer Insights (MedTech)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with a required minimum number of days onsite

Salary: $152,000–$209,000 base salary annually, plus discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead global market intelligence and competitive insights across hemostats, sealants, adhesion prevention, and related surgical categories.
• Own annual global market sizing and forecasting in partnership with regional teams and Finance.
• Deliver market share and competitive landscape analyses for portfolio and long-range planning.
• Manage quarterly U.S. market reporting using SG2, IQVIA, DRG, Premier, and internal performance data.
• Analyze procedural trends, product utilization, and specialty-level dynamics using Premier data.
• Support M&A, licensing, and partnership evaluations through market sizing, competitive assessments, scenario modeling, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing healthcare or medical device datasets, including Premier, SG2, DRG, IQVIA, claims, or utilization data.
• Strong Excel-based modeling, forecasting, and market sizing skills.
• Working experience with SAS, R, or SPSS; SQL or Python.
• Familiarity with medical coding, procedure-based analytics, and claims or charge-level data.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into strategic insights and communicate with executive audiences.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
