Business Process Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in the United States; job location listed as Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Salary: $47,500–$118,800 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Evaluate and validate data, identify trends, interpret contract terms, and calculate rebates.
• Review contracts and related documentation and perform data quality assurance checks.
• Research and resolve chargeback claims and prepare accurate responses to disputes.
• Validate data from internal and third-party systems and determine appropriate actions.
• Manage priorities, track work through completion, meet deadlines, and support team objectives.
• Contribute to training-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, statistics, math, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and database entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, escalate complex matters, and manage assignments without detailed direction.
• Must reside in the United States to be eligible for the remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience with chargeback adjudication, membership and eligibility determinations, prescription rebate processing, pharmacy benefit management, managed healthcare, or the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
