Electrical Engineer I (Aerospace and Defense)

What you will do

• Assist with the research, design, and development of integrated electrical and electronic systems.
• Support circuit card assembly development and electrical wiring design.
• Test and validate electrical and electronic systems and components.
• Document technical designs, test procedures, and results.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits and systems using systematic analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic design, testing principles, and engineering practices.
• Basic knowledge of Computer-Aided Engineering tools and technical schematics.
• Ability to analyze electrical systems, evaluate performance data, and communicate technical information.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Electrical engineering internship or project experience.
• Experience with electrical CAD software, circuit modeling, simulation, or system analysis.
• Background in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Knowledge of electrical component selection and manufacturing.
