TL;DR
Staff Program Manager, NPI (Additive Manufacturing) (manufacturing and new product introduction): Managing complex customer NPI programs from award through launch and sustaining with an accent on cross-functional execution, manufacturing process qualification, risk management, and customer coordination. Focus on defining critical paths, tracking scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and facilitating customer meetings, visits, and workshops for industrial additive manufacturing programs.

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States. The role includes occasional international travel to customers and suppliers.

Annual base salary: $130,909–$180,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

  • Manage complex new product introduction programs and multiple NPI projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with NPI leads and cross-functional teams to deliver against customer and internal requirements.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive development of solutions.
  • Define critical paths and provide written and verbal program updates.
  • Track program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks using appropriate program management tools.
  • Plan and facilitate customer meetings, visits, and workshops.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience managing complex new product development or introduction programs.
  • Strong familiarity with PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis.
  • Experience working with process development, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
  • Proven experience managing external and customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to varied audiences.
