Program Manager IV

Location: Denver, CO, United States

Salary: $108,000–$140,000 per year; bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional transformation programs with multiple concurrent and interdependent workstreams.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across business, product, technology, operations, vendors, and other participating functions.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, budgets, forecasts, mitigation plans, and contingency actions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and teams, drive accountability, resolve delivery barriers, and escalate decisions when required.
• Manage strategic vendor and external partner relationships, including commitments, deliverables, milestones, performance, and contractual expectations.
• Prepare dashboards, executive communications, strategic analysis, progress reports, and post-implementation outcome reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive program or project management experience leading complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading business, technology, operational, cost-center, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing external vendors, strategic partners, multiple workstreams, governance, risks, finances, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, planning, problem-solving, judgment, time-management, and conflict-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to handle confidential information and work with diverse teams across multiple locations.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Tableau.
