Product Management - (E4) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; travel required 25% of the time; relocation eligible

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year

What you will do

• Integrate service requirements and service-product offerings into product development and New Product Introduction plans.
• Develop digital capabilities, predictive analytics solutions, machine-learning tools, diagnostics, and differentiated service products.
• Lead customer-site evaluations and demonstrations, defining statements of work, technical requirements, success criteria, schedules, deliverables, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering, field service, product support, application engineering, digital-tool teams, business units, and customers.
• Ensure serviceability, reliability, downtime, performance, cost-of-ownership, training, documentation, spare parts, and field-support readiness.
• Support product changes, supplier changes, qualification packages, obsolescence, end-of-life planning, technical analysis, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, materials, software, data analytics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Typically 7 years of relevant experience in engineering, product support, field service, digital engineering, business units, or technical program management.
• Expertise in semiconductor equipment, preferably chemical mechanical planarization, hardware, process technology, applications, platforms, or customer fabrication operations.
• Experience with product development, New Product Introduction, service readiness, product release, customer-site evaluations, and field-support requirements.
• Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional technical programs and customer evaluations, with strong business, communication, analysis, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, C++, HTML, JMP, MATLAB, Excel automation, or comparable tools, plus knowledge of digital tools, predictive analytics, data pipelines, and machine learning.

• Advanced degree in a relevant engineering or analytics discipline.
• Specific chemical mechanical planarization, customer-site evaluation, and application-development experience.
