Lead Product Manager, Hardware & Sensing (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $220,000–$240,000 USD annually or $200,000–$220,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience

hirify.global develops AI, sensing hardware, and remote clinical solutions to improve senior care, reduce resident falls and emergency-room visits, and support assisted-living communities.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy for next-generation sensing and response hardware.
• Own the roadmap for eCall v2, a lower-cost in-room response system built to life-safety standards.
• Guide development of Guardian Pro Next Gen, an edge sensing device designed to reduce adoption barriers in assisted living.
• Build business cases before new product introduction, including BOM, margin, ROI, and IRR analysis.
• Define customer requirements, stage gates, launch readiness, and product lifecycle plans with Engineering and Architecture.
• Track customer, technical, regulatory, operational, supply-chain, and commercial criteria through development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Strong business modeling skills, including BOM, margin, ROI, and IRR.
• Working knowledge of hardware architecture, including SoCs, edge AI compute, and sensors.
• Experience partnering with contract manufacturers through new product introduction and ramp.
• Experience delivering both off-the-shelf integrated hardware and custom hardware.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
