Information Technology Intern

Location: East Syracuse, NY, USA; onsite at the company facility

Salary: USD 18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware.
• Support software deployment and updates across the organization.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Document technical issues and resolutions and research solutions.
• Assist with IT projects while handling sensitive information responsibly.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree in a technical field.
• Provide a transcript during the interviewing and screening process if currently studying or recently graduated.
• Have experience with personal computers, Windows 10 or higher, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Be able to troubleshoot computer issues and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Take direction well, work independently, collaborate effectively, and provide customer-oriented support.
• Have reliable transportation to the East Syracuse facility, which is not conveniently located near a bus route.
