International Logistics Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, United States; onsite

Salary: $28.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Create documentation required to ship medical devices internationally.
• Coordinate shipments from inception through documentation, distribution, and AES filing.
• Act as a liaison between hirify.global, freight forwarders, parcel carriers, business partners, and end customers.
• Resolve complex shipment issues and support timely delivery.
• Work with Global Trade Compliance to ensure adherence to export regulations, US Customs requirements, and DOT regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in international shipping and documentation.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, internet search, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Certification for lithium battery transport under IATA, IMDG, and DOT regulations.
• Experience with Oracle and knowledge of world geography and global socioeconomic conditions.
