Distribution and Transportation Agent

Location: Eagan, Minnesota, USA; onsite work in an office and warehouse environment

Salary: $23–$24 per hour base salary

What you will do

• Manage a customer portfolio and coordinate transportation bookings, pickups, and delivery schedules.
• Track and trace truck transportation shipments and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, documentation, and operational system data entry.
• Process accurate and timely client billing.
• Communicate delays and solve delivery challenges with customers, service providers, receivers, and suppliers.
• Perform basic warehouse and inventory activities while meeting company and US compliance and KPI standards.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with logistics experience or equivalent training of approximately two years.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments and use standard warehouse equipment.
